DataForce is currently seeking a Project Management Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain.

Role Summary

The Project Management Specialist collaborates closely with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects in alignment with established plans. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, leveraging project management expertise and technical skills to allocate tasks, resolve issues, and assist managers in daily operations and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily execution of project plans, timelines, and budgets, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
  • Supervise project activities, overseeing the data life cycle from assignment to quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement project strategies, focusing on timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and implement measures to ensure project quality and accuracy.
  • Serve as the liaison between contributors and the payments team regarding any payment-related issues.
  • Coordinate with various teams and departments, including Sourcing, Payments, IT, and Operations, to ensure project continuity.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with team members, contributors, and independent contractors.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment through effective prioritization.
  • Ensure compliance with project frameworks and maintain thorough documentation for each project.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey critical project updates.
  • Proficient in utilizing systems and tools for planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
