About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Growth Manager to join our growing Business Development organization in EMEA Inside Sales Team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Sales Team to develop and execute the planned sales strategy, drive business growth, and contribute to our company's mission to revolutionize integration and automation.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating your own conversations with target personas about their integration needs and challenges, introducing them to Boomi, and positioning the value of our solution using the Hoffman methodology. You'll also create, plan, and execute outbound campaigns from initial touchpoint to sales-qualified lead conversions, partner with experienced Account Executives to increase the opportunity pipeline, and receive coaching. Your goal is to offer a first great impression of Boomi solutions to prospects and customers, guiding them to the next sales stage while achieving monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need 3-4 years of corporate experience outside of undergraduate graduation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in written and verbal English. A Bachelor's degree in economics is preferred, as well as aspiration to develop your career in technology sales. Experience with the latest technologies and best practices in inbound/outbound sales tools like Salesforce (or other relevant CRMs) is a plus. You should have prior inside sales experience selling software solutions, an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and a positive attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment, you'll thrive in our dynamic culture and contribute to our success.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package through Globalization Partners, which includes payroll and benefits. For more information, please ask your recruiter.
