About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BDR to join our French Enterprise Outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities from our top priority accounts, with a focus on creating personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and transform intent signals into a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute targeted cold outreach campaigns to identify and qualify new leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations, demand generation, and sales, to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to craft compelling pitches and presentations
- Work closely with Account Executives and Key Account Managers to define common strategies for approaching accounts
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future sales strategies

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 9-12 months of experience hitting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market in a B2B SaaS environment. Previous experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing is also highly desirable.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a variable component and equity in the company. Additionally, we provide benefits such as work-from-home stipend, RTT, lunch vouchers, medical insurance, gym subscription, and 1 month parental leave for the second parent.
