About the RoleAs a Channel Partnerships Manager for Spain at Qonto, you will drive acquisition on our Key Segment Micro Small & Company Creators by sourcing new partnerships and scaling existing partners to reach our ambitious goals. You will directly report to our Lead Partnerships in Spain and work closely with the Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams.
Responsibilities- Identify, assess, and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players.
- Manage and nurture key partners, developing common objectives and continuous improvements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to build business cases, legal documents, and GoToMarket marketing and sales strategies.
- Develop a tailored approach to customer journeys and integrations in partnership.
- Work closely with other local teams and the Global partnerships team to ensure a smooth launch and continuous improvement.
- Be accountable for the delivery of meaningful partnerships in line with overall profitability and growth objectives.
- Identify blockers and provide recommendations for improvements of team processes.

About Your Future ManagerLead Partnerships Spain will be the one to help you succeed. His background? After completing his studies in industrial engineering at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Raul developed experiences in the business development field in startups and highly scalable business models. He joined Qonto in January 2024 as Partnership Lead for our Spanish market.
About YouYou have up to 2 or 3 years of experience in Channel Partnerships and Business Development. You prioritize customer needs and expertise in every business goal. You are a storyteller and negotiator, able to articulate complex situations simply to convey meaningful messages and communicate efficiently with potential partners. You have organizational and cross-functional skills, interested in business planning and project management. You are analytical and business-oriented, able to leverage data and insights to support your decision-making process. You are curious and willing to go deep to learn about the nuances of our ecosystem and product. You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy and within a hypergrowth context.
You have already used a CRM, and Salesforce would be a plus. You are fluent in both Spanish and English. You will have a tailored and dynamic career track, an inclusive work environment, and so much more to help you succeed.
