Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Channel Partnerships Manager to join our Spanish team. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and scaling existing partners to reach our ambitious goals.
Your main objectives will be to:
- Identify and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players
- Manage and nurture key partners, developing common objectives and continuous improvements
- Work with internal stakeholders to build business cases, legal documents, and Go-To-Market strategies
- Develop tailored approaches to customer journeys and integrations in partnership
You will work closely with our Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams to ensure a smooth launch and continuous improvement. As a Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be accountable for delivering meaningful partnerships that align with our overall profitability and growth objectives.

About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in Barcelona, with opportunities for remote work. You will report directly to Raul, our Lead Partnerships in Spain.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Up to 2 or 3 years of experience in Channel Partnerships and Business Development
- Excellent customer-oriented skills and expertise in business planning
- Strong storytelling and negotiation skills
- Organizational and cross-functional skills, with experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
- Analytical and business-oriented skills, with experience in data analysis and decision-making
