We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partnerships Manager to join our Spanish team. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving acquisition on our Key Segment Micro Small & Company Creators by sourcing new partnerships and scaling existing partners to reach our ambitious goals.
You will work closely with our Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams to build business cases, legal documents, and GoToMarket marketing and sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on identifying, assessing, and launching new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players, as well as managing and nurturing key partners to develop common objectives and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players
- Manage and nurture key partners to develop common objectives and continuous improvements
- Work with internal stakeholders to build business cases, legal documents, and GoToMarket marketing and sales strategies
- Develop tailored approaches to customer journeys and integrations in partnership
- Work closely with other local teams and the Global Partnerships team to ensure a smooth launch and continuous improvement
- Be accountable for the delivery of meaningful partnerships in line with overall profitability and growth objectives
- Identify blockers and provide recommendations for improvements of team processes
About You
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Channel Partnerships and Business Development
- Customer-oriented: Prioritize customer needs and expertise in every business goal
- Storyteller and negotiator: Articulate complex situations simply to convey meaningful messages and communicate efficiently with potential partners
- Organizational and cross-functional skills: Interested in business planning and demonstrate skills in project management and stakeholder coordination
- Analytical and business-oriented: Leverage data and insights to support decision-making processes, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and invoicing
- Curious: Willing to go deep to learn about the nuances of our ecosystem and product
- Teamwork: Enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy and within a hypergrowth context
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM, with Salesforce being a plus
- Languages: Fluent in both Spanish and English
