Channel Partnerships Manager for Spain

As a Channel Partnerships Manager for Spain at Qonto, you will play a key role in driving acquisition and growth within our key segment, Micro Small & Company Creators. Your mission will be to identify, assess, and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players, as well as manage and nurture key partners to develop common objectives and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players
• Manage and nurture key partners to develop common objectives and continuous improvements
• Work with internal stakeholders to build business cases, legal documents, and GoToMarket marketing and sales strategies
• Develop a tailored approach to customer journeys and integrations in partnership

About Your Future Manager

About You
• Experience: 2-3 years in Channel Partnerships and Business Development
• Customer-oriented: prioritizing customer needs and expertise in every business goal
• Storyteller and negotiator: articulating complex situations simply to convey meaningful messages and communicate efficiently with potential partners
• Organizational and cross-functional skills: interested in business planning and demonstrating skills in project management and stakeholder coordination
• Analytical and business-oriented: leveraging data and insights to support decision-making processes
• Curious: willing to go deep to learn about the nuances of our ecosystem and product
• Teamwork: enjoying collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy and within a hypergrowth context
• Tools: experience with a CRM, Salesforce a plus
• Languages: fluent in both Spanish and English
