We're looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager for Spain to drive acquisition on our Key Segment Micro Small & Company Creators by sourcing new partnerships and scaling existing partners to reach our ambitious goals. As part of the Spanish Partnerships team, you'll work closely with the Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams to achieve our objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players
• Manage and nurture key partners, developing common objectives and continuous improvements
• Work with internal stakeholders to build business cases, legal documents, and Go-To-Market marketing and sales strategies
• Develop tailored approaches to customer journeys and integrations in partnership
• Collaborate with local teams and the Global Partnerships team to ensure a smooth launch and continuous improvement

About You

We're looking for someone with up to 2 or 3 years of experience in Channel Partnerships and Business Development. You should be customer-oriented, a skilled storyteller and negotiator, and have organizational and cross-functional skills. You'll also need to be analytical and business-oriented, with the ability to leverage data and insights to support your decision-making process. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
