Field Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing sales revenue
