Consumer Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail strategy to drive growth and success across key accounts
  • Manage existing relationships and target new retail channels to achieve market share growth
  • Oversee the financial and operational success of the consumer sales division
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop the product line-up, determine pricing strategies, and secure margin approvals
  • Lead, coach, and develop the consumer sales team to achieve performance standards and build a strong culture of accountability and success
