Job Title: Consumer Sales Manager

Lenovo is seeking a highly experienced Consumer Sales Manager to develop and implement the company's retail strategy in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and success across key accounts, managing existing relationships, and targeting new retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail strategy to drive growth and success across key accounts
  • Manage P&L and financials, ensuring revenue, gross profit, and co-marketing targets are met
  • Grow retail account base by managing and expanding relationships with existing retail accounts
  • Target new consumer channels by identifying and establishing relationships in emerging retail channels
  • Drive promotional activities by overseeing key seasonal promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop the product line-up, determine pricing strategies, and secure margin approvals
  • Lead, coach, and develop the consumer sales team, setting clear performance standards and building a strong culture of accountability and success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in retail/IT sales, with at least 5 years in a people management role
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, delivering revenue growth, and achieving profitability through efficient financial management
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business plans that drive both long-term growth and immediate sales performance
  • Strong customer relationships, with a proven ability to foster long-term partnerships
  • Leadership and coaching abilities, with experience leading teams and setting clear goals
  • Sales-driven mentality, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
