Consumer Sales Manager

We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, and we are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our retail strategy to drive growth and success across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute retail strategy to drive growth and success across key accounts
- Manage P&L and financials, ensuring revenue, gross profit, and co-marketing targets are met
- Grow retail account base by managing and expanding relationships with existing retail accounts
- Target new consumer channels by identifying and establishing relationships in emerging retail channels
- Drive promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns, to maximize consumer engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop product line-ups, determine pricing strategies, and secure margin approvals
- Lead, coach, and develop the consumer sales team, setting clear performance standards and building a strong culture of accountability and success
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in retail/IT sales, with at least 5 years in a people management role
- Proven track record of managing P&L, delivering revenue growth, and achieving profitability through efficient financial management
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business plans that drive both long-term growth and immediate sales performance
- Strong customer relationships, with a proven ability to foster long-term partnerships
- Leadership and coaching abilities, with experience leading teams and developing talent
- Sales-driven mentality, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
