Job Title: Consumer Sales Manager

We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, and we are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our retail strategy to drive growth and success across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail strategy to drive growth and success across key accounts
  • Manage P&L and financials, ensuring revenue, gross profit, and co-marketing targets are met
  • Grow retail account base by managing and expanding relationships with existing retail accounts
  • Target new consumer channels by identifying and establishing relationships in emerging retail channels
  • Drive promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns, to maximize consumer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop product line-ups, determine pricing strategies, and secure margin approvals
  • Lead, coach, and develop the consumer sales team, setting clear performance standards and building a strong culture of accountability and success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in retail/IT sales, with at least 5 years in a people management role
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, delivering revenue growth, and achieving profitability through efficient financial management
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business plans that drive both long-term growth and immediate sales performance
  • Strong customer relationships, with a proven ability to foster long-term partnerships
  • Leadership and coaching abilities, with experience leading teams and developing talent
  • Sales-driven mentality, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
