Customer Development Manager - Consumer Spain

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Development Manager to drive sales excellence and achieve shared business goals with our Consumer Sell-Through Channel Partners in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase units sold and net sales across small, medium, and large categories.
  • Enhance Goodyear's share of business and customer potential through strategic account management and value creation.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers to align with our goals.
  • Lead the creation and management of joint business plans, setting clear goals, metrics, and targets.
  • Identify and develop compelling value propositions tailored to each partner, leveraging our brand and tools for mutual growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in sales with a minimum of 4 years in Key Account Management.
  • Expertise in category management, sales negotiation, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record in major account management and executive-level relationship building, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong channel partner relationship building.
  • Cross-functional leadership and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in English (at least C1 level).
