About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with 1-2 years of experience in sales to expand their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with current and potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Handle objections effectively and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, aiming to secure upfront OTE of up to £2,500 per contract.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within logistics, aggregates, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to build long-lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Good understanding of market research to identify trends, target customers, and inform sales strategies.

The successful candidate will be required to attend the office once a week for team meetings and collaboration. The estimated salary for this role is around £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission paid upfront.
