Company Overview: Spendesk is a fast-growing fintech company that enables businesses to manage their expenses effectively. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Country Builder in Spain.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description: As a Country Builder, you will be responsible for driving Spendesk's growth in the Spanish market by acquiring new SMB customers. Your primary goal will be to build a robust sales pipeline, identify and qualify potential clients, and develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospects. You will work closely with key departments such as Product and Customer Success to provide a seamless customer journey from first contact to ongoing use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or Fintech industries
  • Proven track record in both account management and business development
  • Experience managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Demonstrated ability to build projects or teams from scratch
