Landbot is a leading no-code chatbot builder, helping thousands of companies transform their customer interactions. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team.
About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned professional to guarantee that our customers achieve maximum value from our platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll become an expert in Landbot and advise our customers on how to leverage its full potential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they set up and customize their Landbot experience to meet their specific needs.
- Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges, ensuring they're utilizing Landbot's features effectively.
- Retention and Growth: Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that could impact satisfaction, retention, or growth.
- Product Adoption: Drive the adoption of new features and best practices, ensuring customers are leveraging Landbot to its full potential.
You'll also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A customer-first attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with technology and SaaS platforms, including knowledge of no-code technology and infrastructure.
- Expertise in facilitating account management reviews and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
We offer a competitive salary of around €45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
