We are seeking a skilled Key Account Strategist to drive business growth by identifying and engaging with key accounts. This role involves developing and implementing multi-channel strategies to nurture existing relationships and pursue new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex account and industry activity to develop plans for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Initiate and manage effective relationships with active and prospect clients to determine near and future clinical development needs.
  • Prioritize accounts, engagement pathways, and ongoing nurturing objectives to deliver results.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a disciplined approach to complex research, systematic decision making, and strategy development. They will be able to develop customer intimacy and a strong achievement orientation.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000, depending on location and experience. Syneos Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including career development and progression opportunities, technical and therapeutic area training, and a total rewards program.
