Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing resources and guidance to our partners (Value Added Resellers, Distributors, System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors, Managed Service Providers) on how to leverage emerging trends in their ecosystem to drive revenue growth and profitability.

You will work closely with our partners to create mutually beneficial plans for the future and drive end-to-end revenue growth by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts. You will articulate both our global and local business strategies to effectively sell with, sell to, and sell through our partners, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, and HPE priorities
  • Communicate the value of our portfolios and solutions to differentiate us from competitors
  • Demonstrate business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships with one or many partners to grow our market share
  • Coordinate HPE activities with our partners, leveraging HPE specialists when needed
  • Drive HPE marketing strategy through our customers
  • Enact day-to-day HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of our partners
  • Tailor selling solutions to fit the needs of our partners' customer profiles
  • Maintain awareness of, and ensure compliance with, HPE's SBC requirements for partners

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
