About the Role
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion with key partners
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at partner organizations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop joint proposals
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand partner requirements and develop tailored solutions
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and company goals
* Provide ongoing support and training to ensure partner success and satisfaction
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and stay ahead of the competition
* Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to ensure revenue targets are met
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment
* Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key partners
* Strong understanding of customer experience and sales strategies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Strong problem-solving and project management skills
