About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Country/Regional Sales Manager to join our French team, focusing on digital solutions for advertising spaces. This freelance position offers remuneration based on success, with 20% on any contract signed. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital solutions and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include detecting new potential partners, improving their skills, and integrating them into our core sales network. You will also prepare formal proposals, present to all levels of the organization, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales professionally and effectively. Additionally, you will manage significant key partner relationships, facilitate executive-level relationships between customers and partners, and research and develop lists of potential customers within an organization. Regular follow-up on leads and acting to close deals is also essential. Furthermore, you will determine market strategies and goals for each product and service, understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of named accounts, and develop strategies for sustained management and success of the business. Finally, you will act as the primary point-of-contact for named enterprise accounts, maintaining high-level executive contact and focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a native/fluent English speaker, both oral and written. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with prior experience in digital solutions for at least three years. Understanding of company needs and product development is crucial, as well as self-motivation and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Strong problem-solving abilities and logical analytics are necessary, along with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Lastly, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits
