At Empresa Reconocida, a leading recruitment agency based in Portugal, we are seeking an experienced Country/Regional Sales Manager to join our French team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital solutions for advertising spaces. This is a freelance position with remuneration based on success, offering 20% on any contract.

This role provides opportunities for growth and development within our company. The company has over 20 years of expertise in Switzerland and France in digital solutions for advertising spaces.

We believe that a development in Spain could generate exciting opportunities and synergies. Our line of products to develop includes Interactive screens and Digital marketing development for companies.

You will join a sales team located in France and take responsibility for our sales activities in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect new potential partners, helping them improve their skills to become part of our core sales network.
  • Prepare formal proposals and presentations, present to all levels of the organization including executives, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
  • Manage significant key partner relationships and facilitate executive-level relationships between the customer and its partners, including communication on strategic and tactical issues.
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers; regularly follow-up on leads and act to close deals.
  • Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service; understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of named accounts.
  • Develop strategies for sustained management and success of business and coordinate resources to ensure goals are met.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for named enterprise accounts, maintaining high-level executive contact.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and prior experience in Digital Solutions for at least 3 years.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, gaining satisfaction from providing excellent customer service. They should also have strong problem-solving abilities and logical analytics, as well as the ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, plus 20% on any contract signed. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.
