About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Madrid area, focusing on major commercial HVAC contractors, consultants, and OEMs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual sales plans in collaboration with the Head of Sales, outlining key objectives and actions for a list of target accounts and regional contractors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, emphasizing key drivers and branded products.
  • Identify decision-makers at client bases and understand their strategic business challenges and priorities.
  • Lead business development by pursuing prospects, promoting products, offering solutions, and achieving sales targets.
  • Negotiate customer contracts aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess an Engineer's degree or equivalent experience, along with a proven track record in business development and sales engineering. They should have strong technical and business knowledge of the HVAC industry, including experience working with major contractors and consultants on solution-oriented designs.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in Madrid, Spain.
