Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Customer Support unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our business clients, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent German and English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in using computer systems and applications to service customers
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
