Job Overview

This role plays a crucial part in supporting our premium merchant segments across the globe, ensuring seamless servicing experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting non-production functions to maintain optimal service levels;
  • Flexing across multiple customer segments and processes to meet business needs;
  • Providing exceptional customer service through prompt issue resolution and proactive problem-solving;
  • Building strong relationships with internal partners to deliver best-in-class experiences;
  • Identifying opportunities to drive improvements in customer experience and reducing recurring incidents.

  • Fluency in English and an additional language (German, French or Spanish);
