We are working with an innovative client specializing in client services, seeking German speakers for various BPO roles in Bulgaria. Responsibilities include communicating with customers regarding products or services via phone, email, and chat, and managing customer interactions in our client's CRM system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Managing and documenting customer interactions in the client's CRM system

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German language
  • Very good command of English language (B2)
