We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical customer support across voice, chat, and email channels. You will provide outstanding customer experiences every time by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical customer support across voice, chat, and email channels
  • Provide outstanding customer experiences every time
  • Document all interactions in a CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to department initiatives, and support your colleagues

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
  • Residing in Croatia with legal right to work
  • Experience in customer support and technical support (IT or help desk preferred)
  • Strong independent work skills and ability to thrive in a remote team
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability
  • Competence in using external systems, Microsoft Office, and PC-based software
