Customer Support Specialist with German Language Skills

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading BPO in Slovenia to find highly skilled Customer Care Specialists who speak fluent German. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to clients of a prominent financial services company while working from the comfort of their own home in Slovenia.
About the RoleThis Customer Support Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and utilize your language skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat support channels.
- Navigate internal and external documentation to provide world-class service.
- Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to internal teams.
- Route calls to appropriate resources when necessary and document customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A very good understanding of common PC applications.
- Very good communicative knowledge of German (at least C1 level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
- Flexibility, friendliness, resilience, independence, reliability.
- Skilled conversation skills, linguistic fluency, and understandable pronunciation in German.
We offer a competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. You will enjoy:
- An excellent salary range: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum.
- Indefinite contract.
