This is an exciting opportunity to join Toptalent as a Technical Support Advisor with German language skills. As a member of our team, you will provide first-level IT support to clients via phone, email, and chat or through our self-service portal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to clients in resolving hardware and software issues using internal knowledge databases.">
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems using remote access and monitor IT requests in our ITSM system.">
  • Collaborate with clients' second-level service organizations and external service providers.">

Requirements

  • A proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English language proficiency.">
  • Experience in first- or second-level IT support, preferably in a large company environment.">
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software.">
  • An analytical approach to complex issues and experience with ITSM ticket systems (ideally ServiceNow).">
  • Familiarity with processes according to ITIL V4 is a plus.">
  • High customer and service orientation, reliability, and a systematic work approach.">
  • A willingness to learn and develop technical and soft skills.">
