Customer Service Professional with Arabic Language Expertise

About the RoleThis is a full-time position working in a dynamic team environment from Monday to Friday. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage day-to-day customer queries through various communication channels, focusing on timely resolutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer needs are met while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
You will be handling sensitive information, including medical reports, and must adhere to data privacy guidelines, such as GDPR. To excel in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) and proficiency in Arabic are required. Additionally, strong decision-making skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail are essential for success.
Requirements- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic (C1 level or higher)
