Customer Service Representative with Global Healthcare Expertise

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cigna Global Health. As a CSR, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries through various communication channels (email and phone) while prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience
- Adhere to productivity and quality standards set by management, ensuring seamless case resolution and customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM tool, guaranteeing data accuracy and security
- Process confidential medical reports and information, adhering to relevant data privacy guidelines (GDPR)
- Stay up-to-date on tools, processes, and documentation, collaborating with supervisors and higher management as needed
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries, including claims analysts, medical advisers, and finance teams
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience (ideally in contact centers or reception roles)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Active English language proficiency (C1 level or higher) and proficiency in Chinese (or French)
- Decision-making ability, navigating ambiguity, and quick resolution of customer requests
- Exceptional communication skills, emotional connection with customers, and high attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently, maintaining high quality standards, and being a team player in an international environment
- Discreet handling of confidential information
Estimated Salary Range:
$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
