Company Overview

We are a leading customer support company in Athens, Greece, dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients. We are currently seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Service Advisors to work either on-site or remotely from Athens.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. This includes addressing and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Additionally, they will collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and support via multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent Italian language skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
