Job Description:
Altios is seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales activities for the development of vacuum furnace systems in various sectors.
This position will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities for Industrial Furnace with key customer accounts, managing operating budgets and forecasts within corporate guidelines, ensuring positive EBIT. Travel throughout Mexico to present product offerings and gather external customers' and engineers' requirements and viewpoints to senior management. Develop programs and strategies to measure and meet customer expectations. Attend trade shows, lectures at technical conferences, and present company technology to the Mexican marketplace. Execute a Strategic Development Program in conjunction with the client to extend our product line offering into the Mexican markets. May assist in establishing a local contract service operations center, setting up local supply chain and/or full manufacturing capability, while ensuring regional requirements reflect current and projected needs. Monitor and ensure opportunities are coordinated with different subsidiaries. Develop a comprehensive understanding of equipment, modifications, and current offerings and produce and present sales materials to drive positive development of the Industrial Market.

Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Material Sciences, with an MBA or PhD highly desirable. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Project or Product Management, Manufacturing, or Sales and Marketing (ideally sales of heat treatment, diffusion bonding, vacuum brazing furnaces for metallurgical processes, or chemical vapor deposition infiltration (CVD/CVI) is required. Basic knowledge in materials technology and/or contract services is necessary. Experience in Value Analysis and Engineering is also desirable. Fluency in Spanish, English, French, and German will be seen as a plus. A valid passport and driver's license, with a willingness to travel over 50% as standard routine, are required.

Key Skills and Abilities:
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, ability to analyze complex business operations information and data, compile and present management reports, presentations, and effectively respond to questions from suppliers, customers, and other interested parties. They will be able to lead by example, solve practical business problems, recommend and execute effective solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with familiarity with Miller Heiman Sales methodology and basic understanding of CRM sales tools. The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000-$120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
