NCR Atleos, a leader in expanding financial access, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join its team in Barcelona, Catalonia.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate, with great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing sales support to the Sales Director and the sales department of Cashzone Portugal in coordination with Operations, Marketing & Legal & FSC;
  • Providing administrative services when needed to support the daily business;
  • Supporting sales team in Portugal, launching campaigns to create new deals and customers;
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer, account statuses and relevant problems in Portugal;
  • Providing data and guides to help the sales team;
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators for Portugal;
  • Managing sales tracking tools and reporting on important information;
  • Liaising with account managers to develop specific sales strategies;
  • Staying up to date with new product and feature launches and ensuring the sales team is on board;
  • Reviewing pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;
  • Suggesting sales process improvements.

Requirements include:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate;
  • Great written and verbal communication skills at all levels in Spanish & Portuguese;
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (such as Salesforce);
  • High levels of expertise in office technologies including Microsoft Office and Excel, collaboration tools, etc.;
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical and multitasking skills;
  • Teamwork and motivational skills;
  • BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in relevant field a plus;
  • Minimum 4 years' experience on Sales Support roles in Multinational environment.
