About the Role

The Senior Sales Development Professional is a sales-focused role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with mid-sized clients in the DACH region. This position involves contract value retention and expansion by introducing new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner with C-level and senior executives across various organizations within an assigned territory of mid-sized organizations.
  • Manage and renew member research contracts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline welcome, but we see particular success from Business and/or Management backgrounds).
  • A 2025 graduate to be eligible to apply for this role.
  • Preferred experience in a professional setting with evidence of prior sales or target-focused success.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver high-impact presentations to top executives.
Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with an attractive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
