About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hub Delivery Account Manager to join our team at Engineeringuk in Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing local stores, building relationships with stakeholders, and improving delivery experiences for Amazon customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Management: Recruit and onboard new stores, providing lifecycle management and operational support to ensure seamless integration into our network.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with hub store owners and community leaders, fostering collaboration and trust to drive business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and lead meetings to address any challenges that arise.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate daily performance metrics and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and CO teams to align on strategies and objectives.
  • Travel: Regularly visit hub stores and delivery stations (regional level) to provide hands-on support and guidance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics, data analysis, and MS Office suite, with advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and connect with partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in managing people and identifying problems.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of approximately €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as bonuses, training opportunities, and career development programs.
