About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager for our Levante region. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing a defined sales territory, selling our Invisalign and iTero products to Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and achieving targets for both products in these accounts. You'll establish relationships with DSO account managers and implement practice development in your assigned territory, proactively communicating with customers and identifying potential prospects.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Analytical and business planning skills to own and plan activities in your territory
  • Proactivity in finding areas of improvement to help doctors grow their businesses
  • High integrity
  • Good collaboration skills and a desire to work in a high-performance team
  • Adaptability and openness to new ideas and ways of doing business
  • Relationship management skills to build and maintain positive connections with customers and colleagues

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. You'll also receive an excellent commission scheme, company car, and great social benefits. Beyond remuneration, you'll have the opportunity to participate in target training and progress your career within sales or in one of our many internal teams.

About the Location

This is a field-based position, and the ideal candidate should be living in Valencia. You'll be working across the designated territory of Albacete, Comunidad Valenciana (Alicante, Valencia y Castellón), Islas Baleares, Murcia y Teruel. Sound like a good fit?
