Job Overview

Envista Holdings is a global leader in the dental industry, and we are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration between our organization and the Dental Support Organisation (DSO). This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop strategic plans that align with the objectives and priorities of both organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with DSO stakeholders and internal teams

To develop strategic plans that align with the objectives and priorities of both organizations. This includes understanding and prioritizing the demands of the DSO, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet their needs while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Oversee workflow and development

To ensure that cross-functional teams are adequately briefed on DSO requirements, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure alignment and understanding. This also involves overseeing the workflow between our organization and the DSO, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes and enhance collaboration.

Monitor progress and address issues

This role requires close monitoring of initiatives and projects related to the DSO partnership, identifying potential risks and barriers and implementing strategies to overcome them. As the primary point of contact for the DSO commercial team, this person must be able to address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with

  1. A university degree
  2. Experience leading complex projects with commercial impact
  3. Ability to lead projects in a highly effective and independent manner
  4. Strong experience implementing processes
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish

Critical Experience:

5+ years of experience in account management and 3+ years of experience in customer success. Experience working in the Dental industry is a MUST.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary package including an estimated annual salary range of $120,000-$150,000 depending on location and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you can expect benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
