The Role
The Regional Partnership Manager is responsible for devising and carrying out our strategic growth plans in specific territories. This includes recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of Partnership Managers, as well as winning and maintaining key partner relationships. Our Partnership Managers are integral in supporting the ongoing growth and success of the Lumon private client division.

Main Responsibilities
- Recruit a team of experienced partnership managers
- Provide initial training and ongoing support for the team, including conducting the twice-yearly 'My Conversation' process to help support colleagues with their ongoing development
- Identify key partners in the region and create bespoke offers to win those partners
- Own relationships with key partners within the region, including existing and new partners
- Generate a consistent stream of referrals from managed partners
- Deliver training to partners to improve the quantity and quality of referrals generated
- Collaborate with the onboarding and dealing teams to ensure strong conversions from referral to successful trade
