Baxter, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Professional to join our team. This role will focus on selling service contracts, parts, and associated service packages related to water treatment systems for hemodialysis.

Our journey involves separating our $5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company, Vantive. This new entity will revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support by leveraging our expertise in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis.

**Job Description:**
This Technical Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying new service selling opportunities, communicating with customers to understand their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should have the ability to successfully sell services and meet targets. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge in water treatment systems for hemodialysis and be able to manage sales of new installations. This role requires strong organization capabilities, technical knowledge, and sales skills, as well as flexibility to travel across Spain and Portugal (40% of total time).

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in selling service and consumables
- High school diploma in Engineering; College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Technical knowledge on Medical Devices
- Strong organization capabilities to manage projects
- Strong sales knowledge and abilities

**Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate will be a good listener, innovative, and able to build instant rapport with customers. They should be able to negotiate effectively, stay informed about competing products, and upsell service packages and services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with Marketing to gain market insights, explaining and demonstrating features of service packages, and researching and qualifying new leads.
