We are seeking a Sales Consultant located in Central Spain (Madrid) who can help us expand our client portfolio and increase sales.
Our ideal candidate has initiative, a service mindset, negotiating skills, and analytical skills to attract new customers and propose solutions to help them sell more.
In this role, you will prospect the market, identify opportunities, plan and execute visits to potential customers, prepare budgets and commercial proposals, and close sales.
You will also monitor sales targets, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions. Additionally, you will collaborate in solutions to customer complaints and draw up reports and record data as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a university education or professional degree, technical skills in IT and software, and at least 3 years of experience in software sales, ERP, and customer acquisition.
You should also have essential knowledge of the business world, English language proficiency (B2/C1), and training in sales and negotiation techniques.
What We Offer
We offer a permanent contract, full-time work with a hybrid/European timetable, and a salary negotiable according to your value, plus a variable remuneration package.
We also provide medical insurance after one year, a company car upon confirmation of the position, English classes, and the opportunity to join a dynamic and multidisciplinary work team.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
