Sales Role Overview
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading fintech company that provides liquidity and technology solutions. They are seeking an experienced High-Risk Sales Development Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire high-risk clients within the gaming industry.
  • Manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within high-risk verticals.
  • Represent the organization at global events to enhance brand visibility, network, and drive business development.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients.

Requirements:
Native or fluency in English, both written and oral;
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development, particularly within high-risk industries such as betting, gambling, gaming, or the crypto sector;
Demonstrated success in managing high-risk client relationships;
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets;
Deep understanding of payment processing challenges and solutions in high-risk sectors;
Familiarity with crypto payment solutions and blockchain technology is highly advantageous;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Proven ability to build relationships and develop a network within high-risk industries;
Will to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and conferences globally.
