Job DescriptionThe Sales Development Department Manager is accountable for overseeing and supporting SDR Managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and guidance to excel. Key duties include:
- Developing strategic plans aligning with overall company goals
- Oversight and support for the Training and Onboarding department
- Fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, resilience, and high energy within the SDR teams
- Performance monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implementing quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality outreach efforts
