Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Senior Sales Director, you will need to possess a strong negotiation and networking abilities, with self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset. You should have a minimum of 3 years in sales/business development within high-risk fields such as gaming, betting, or crypto and fluency in English (written and oral).

You will also need to have a deep understanding of payment processing and blockchain technology, especially in high-risk sectors, and be willing to travel globally for client engagements and industry events. Additionally, you will have access to training, career advancement, and exposure to new technologies as part of our collaborative and problem-solving team.

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
