Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing powerful sales strategies to acquire high-risk clients within gaming and related industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing long-term partnerships with decision-makers, ensuring top-tier service and value.
  • Representing the brand at global events to expand business opportunities and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversseeing every stage of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth, effective service delivery tailored to high-risk clients' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years in sales/business development within high-risk fields such as gaming, betting, or crypto.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage complex, high-stakes client relationships.
  • Understanding of payment processing and blockchain technology, especially in high-risk sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities, with self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
