Drive Growth Across Multiple B2B Ventures

At I1X Venture Studio, we're seeking an exceptional sales leader to shape the future of B2B sales. As a key member of our team, you'll lead sales strategy and execution across multiple ventures, with significant ownership opportunities in the ones you scale.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with a proven track record selling B2B solutions, who can build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a data-driven approach. You'll develop partnerships with key stakeholders across North American markets and shape service offerings based on market feedback.

  • Design and execute sales strategies for B2B offerings ranging from $500-$50,000+

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record selling B2B solutions ($750K+ annual revenue)
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch
  • A strong understanding of US B2B markets
  • The ability to sell both productized services and custom solutions
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base salary of $24,000-78,000 (based on experience and location)
  • A performance bonus of up to 100% of base salary tied to revenue targets
  • Equity: 3-15% ownership in ventures you help scale (vesting over 4 years)
  • A commission structure of 5-15% on direct sales

We also offer flexible working hours within US/EU time zones, a home office setup allowance of $1,000, and a learning & development budget of $2,000/year.
