Job OverviewThe Key Holder plays a pivotal role in driving business results, ensuring a differentiated customer experience, and serving as a leader of a multi-million dollar business. This position requires assertiveness, analytical skills, trustworthiness, and adaptability.

- Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and overseeing sales floor activities.
- Asset Protection Policies and Procedures Adherence: Uphold company policies, ensuring compliance with security protocols and inventory management.
- At Least One Year of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and upholding quality standards.
