Fintech Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our North American sales team and drive revenue growth across diverse U.S. markets.
About the RoleThis high-impact leadership position requires a successful sales manager with a track record in SaaS sales to define and implement a sales strategy aligned with aggressive revenue goals. You will lead strategy, manage and expand a remote sales team, oversee execution, and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share across the US, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing remote sales team to drive exponential growth in a competitive landscape.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Revenue Growth: Drive and exceed revenue targets by developing a robust sales pipeline, fostering key partnerships, and expanding into new customer segments.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs and success metrics for the team using data-driven insights to optimize performance and refine strategies.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales leadership, preferably with experience scaling sales teams in a tech or SaaS company with high-growth targets.
- Remote Team Management: Proven success leading and managing remote teams across dispersed locations.
- Growth Focus: Strong strategic thinker with experience driving substantial revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging data and sales metrics to drive decision-making and optimize team performance.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
