Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sales Strategist to join our team at Arrow Electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across geographies, driving results through demand identification and creation opportunities.

Your Role
As a Global Sales Strategist, you will lead stakeholder management sessions, maintain open lines of communication with various management levels, and collaborate with the sales team across geos to understand business trends and forecasts. You will also provide market intelligence and competitive watch, evaluate and develop market-specific sales strategies, and work closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.

What We Are Looking For
We require a highly motivated individual with 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies and managing programs in the IT industry. You should have fluency in English, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and develop strategic business relationships. Self-motivation, a hardworking and proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
