Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in Spain. As a hybrid 'Hunter + Farmer' professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and representing Coverflex in the Spanish market. Your primary goal will be to expand our customer base and contribute significantly to our growth.

About YouWe are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented, and passionate sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably in HR, Insurtech, or Fintech. You should have excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish, as well as experience in outbound prospecting and mid-long sales cycles (3-12 months).

Responsibilities
* Lead new and existing client engagements to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
* Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs to tailor solutions
* Deliver compelling product demos to prospects at various seniority levels
* Utilize sales data and CRM tools to effectively manage your pipeline
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to provide vital feedback and shape future product developments

Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR, Insurtech, or Fintech
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Proven experience in both outbound prospecting and mid-long sales cycles (3-12 months)
* Skilled in pre-sales, closing, and after-sales with accounts ranging from 50 to 1,000 FTEs
* Team player attitude, not just a solo top performer
* Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to leverage networks for efficient referrals
* Quick adaptation to new, challenging environments
* Deep understanding of the Spanish HR/Finance Tech landscape
* Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot is a plus
