About the Job
We're seeking a Sales Growth Strategist for our Public Sector division in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory while collaborating with internal teams to support clients on topics like AI, Analytics, Fraud Management, and Procurement Integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and executing strategic opportunities
- Manage existing accounts within the Public sector, growing revenue and expanding relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop plans that capitalize on emerging trends and customer needs
- Leverage industry expertise to position and sell software solutions and services to both business owners and IT stakeholders

Requirements
- Proven experience selling complex software solutions to business owners and IT decision-makers
- Strong understanding of public sector challenges and value chains
- Ability to analyze territory dynamics, develop sales strategies, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
